1. Overview

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between SignatureODDS ("Company") and you ("Affiliate"). By checking the box and creating an account, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Enrollment

Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral code. You may share this code through your own channels to refer new users to SignatureODDS. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying referrals according to the current commission schedule published on the affiliate dashboard. Commission rates, tiers, and qualifying criteria may be updated by the Company with reasonable notice. Commissions are calculated based on verified, non-fraudulent referral activity.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are subject to a maturation period before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply. Payment methods and schedules are detailed in the affiliate dashboard. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment pending fraud review.

5. Affiliate Obligations

• You must not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any deceptive practices.
• You must not bid on SignatureODDS branded keywords in paid search campaigns.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not create fake accounts or self-refer to earn commissions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Company may immediately suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, pending commissions that have matured will be paid out, subject to fraud review. Unmatured commissions may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
